State of ccache on Windows

Hi all,

Are there any known issues with Ccache on Windows?

It builds, which is very nice, but I've not yet had time to put it 
through its paces. Even when I do I'm not sure how I'd satisfy myself 
that there are no hidden corner cases to bite me later?

There's no statement in the manual, and the news/release notes suggest 
that support was incomplete 3 years ago, but there are no newer notes.
