Question about OSX PCH support

With the current toolwhip branch it seems PCH support is broken (per docs
seems like it should work).  I tried a couple quick hacks but it seems the
problem is as little deeper than I imagined (you would think its just a
matter of renaming the PCH output name when transferred back).  Is anyone
aware of this issue?  Currently to build OSX projects I need to disable
PCH.

I can try digging into it a bit more when I get a chance if no one is
aware of the issue.
