fpc 3.3.1 compile on darwin aarch64 broken?

Hi,
Compiling fpc 3.3.1 with fpc 3.2.2 as starting compiler on macos 15.5
aarch64 stops on linking fppkg:
Target OS: Darwin for AArch64
Compiling fppkg/fppkg.pp
Assembling fppkg
Linking fppkg/bin/aarch64-darwin/fppkg
Error: Error while linking
Fatal: There were 1 errors compiling module, stopping
Fatal: Compilation aborted
-macosx_version_min has been renamed to -macos_version_min
