Andy never posted patches, and he is probably the only one
working on the code right now.  The activity on his homepage
is about bug fixing.  He get's many bug reports, but
apparently most of them are mailed to Andy in private (which
is unfortunate...).

Note that if you plan to contribute patches, you'll first
have to convince Andy that he should comply with the GPL and
the copyright laws of his own country, and make his source
code available to (at least) everybody who asks for it.
Right now he is publishing binaries but not the source dode,
which makes it impossible for anyone to contribute patches.

There is a fork of this project called gcc-g95
(http://gcc-g95.sf.net).  The homepage is not updated daily,
but the CVS repository is.
