I can’t resist mentioning that from time to time I am trying myself on the development of a transcompiler from Extended Pascal (ISO 10206) to D (dlang.org). There is a high chance of it staying vapourware, but if I ever succeed it will be relatively straightforward to support ISO 7185 and possibly other well-defined dialects. It won’t happen anytime soon though.

D is a language that should appeal to many Pascal programmers as it shares a lot of Pascal features (despite having a C-like syntax).
