I volunteer to maintain the website.  Considering my skill set, I could be
more help as a tester and/or web admin.  I can also see about creating an
IRC channel and monitoring it daily during working hours (GMT -6).  Will
also monitor the FPC IRC channels for any questions about GPC and spread
the word where appropriate.
