Error in SUIF compiler pass

I have contacted the person responsible for XPP-VC and he says = that this error is in the SUIF compiler pass. Actually it is a stack = overflow error in the Application "moo.exe". as given under "The exception unknown software exception(0xc00000fd) occured in the = application at location 0x0040746d". One thing that I wanted to know is that is there any limit of code that = the compiler can handle, as my C file is approx. 48 thousand lines of = code. Kindly advise how to avoid this exception error. Regards.
