ContextLister unbinded one service from jacORBNamingService

Need your help in understanding few things related to jacORB's
ContextLister
OS details: Linux bingo 2.6.9-55.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Apr 20 17:03:35 EDT
2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
JacORB version: JacORB V 2.3.1, www.jacorb.org

Usually we run the below command to see the list of services registered
with jacORB NamingService
java -cp /opt/ems/release/libs/jacorb.jar
org.jacorb.naming.ContextLister -url
corbaloc:iiop:localhost:20900/NameService
Problem: today when i ran this command on one of our production
servers:
output is :

If we observe the two outputs, "12511 TejEMSServer EMSCommonDomain"
is not shown in the ContextLister's output. We come to know that
ContextLister checks for the liveness of the processes registered with
the NameServer, if it is live, then it lists, otherwise it will not
list,heard even, it removes that entry from the NameServer.
So i collected and check the Thread dump of EMSCommonDomain process
for liveness.
Observation: one RequestProcessor is in Runnable state, and the rest
31 RequestProcessor threads are in wait or blocked state, there by,
ContextLister is considering this as the dead process, and removes it
from NameServer finally..
EMSCommonDomain process is going into this state sometimes on our
production servers and is removed by context lister when we ran
ContextLister command.
Also, clients which were launched from that server are going into hang
state...
Here I am attaching the thread dump of both EMSCommonDomain Process
and NameServer process...(AppManager.out)
Can somebody please give me light on why the server is going into this
state sometimes
