Building Jacorb 3.5 without Maven

Hello team,

We are currently using the Jacorb  2.3.1  and planning to upgrade to jacorb-3.5. One difference I noted is that 2.3.1 used  ant for building the jacorb  whereas
jacorb-3.5 uses the maven framework.

The issue that we are facing is that the maven needs internet connectivity to build the package  whereas ant did not needed the same. So I have the following two questions.

*       Can we use Ant instead of Maven for building jacorb 3.5 and if yes how ?
*       If not possible to use Ant ,how can we use maven without the internet connectivity .
