There is no omniPy::pyomniORBpoaCache in omniORBpy 4.2.3. It did exist
in omniORBpy 3.6, though. I think you have bits of 3.6 left behind and
so you are trying to use the C++ parts of 3.6 with the Python parts of
4.2.3.
