Yeah, Orbix 3.0.1 is quite old.  I will do some digging when I get a
chance to see what version of the spec its compliant with but I'd
venture to guess thats it predates the POA.  

It's always best to email [email protected] (but you can CC me if you
like).  With ob-users, you get the visibility of many other users as
well as other engineers.  It's always good to have more eyes looking at
it and its best in case I'm not around for some reason (sick, vacation,
etc).
In addition, I have to give top priority to customers who've purchased
support and then, second to that, to my engineering tasks.  So my
responses could be delayed depending on my workload.  So the short
answer is, email ob-users and I, as well as many others, will see your
questions.
