Orbacus 4.2 Service Pack 1 is now generally available

The service pack 1 for Orbacus 4.2 is now generally available. This will be the default shipment for Orbacus.

The set of operating systems supported remains the same as Orbacus 4.2.

Evaluation copies of a limited version of Orbacus available from www.orbacus.com.

This service pack contains the following fixes to Orbacus 4.2:
- Added support for BiDir GIOP
- Fixed encoding/decoding bugs in UTF-8 codeset
- Fixed BOM handling in UTF-16 codeset
- Updated wchar/wstring conformance to CORBA 3.0 revisions 
- Reintroduced ACM timeouts through properties
- Fixed parsing bugs in IDL compiler
- Fixed race condition bugs in GIOPConnection with UpcallReturns
- Updated support for LongDouble types on AIX
