corba client thread model

Hello! We have problem using object reference to server object in multi-threaded client environment. On client side I narrow reference to server object , start few threads, pass this reference to each one and try to call one of the server object function .Once in a while i get assertion. Is this possible at all ( i mean is obj server reference is thread safe ) ? The code writen in C++. ORB conc.model - blocking BOA conc.model - thread pool. ORBACUS version 3.3.1.
