I'm including my weblogic-ejb-jar.xml file below as you requested:

It is basically the same as the one that was included with the demo except 
that I had to change the name of the jndi-server because of the following 
error in weblogic:

    _appsdir_eai_jar.>

    weblogic.management.ApplicationException:
    Exception:weblogic.management.ApplicationException: prepare failed for eai
         Module: eai     Error: Exception preparing module:
	        EJBModule(eai,status=NEW)

    Unable to deploy EJB: corba-eai from eai.jar:

    [EJB:011055]Error deploying the EJB 'corba-eai(Application:
    _appsdir_eai_jar, EJBComponent: eai)', the JNDI name 'corba-eai' is already
    in use. You must set a different JNDI name in the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml
    deployment descriptor for this EJB before it can be deployed.
