This will help ensure an answer in the event that I become unavailable. I've run the code you sent in your first email here with the correct CLASSPATH set and I am unable to duplicate what you are seeing. I also don't see anything out of the ordinary in your code that should cause this problem. Can you send me some more information about the steps you went through to build and run your client and the full value of your classpath environment variable? Also, when you build Orbacus, did you uncomment the BOOTCLASSPATH option in the <JOB-source>/config/Make.rules.mak file? This should have produced errors during the build process but since nmake continues building even after an error, it might be worth checking.
