Which version of Orbacus are you using?  If you are using Orbacus 4.2.0 or
4.2.1, these have some issues with memory, so I would recommend that you use 
Orbacus 4.2.2 which has resolved these issues.

Also, which version of Windows and Visual C++ are you using?
