I don't see anything wrong with the classpath you provided so all I can recommend with regards to this is to double check that the Orbacus jar files are in the location you specified in your classpath. If the jar files are there, it could be possible that the jar files may have been corrupted (what file size do you have for the OB.jar file?). In this case, it might be worth trying to rebuild and reinstall Orbacus for Java and see if this clears up the problem. Could you also tell me which version of Java you used to build Orbacus?
