IMR java demo code

Hi,

In the documentation for Orbacus (in User Guide in particular, p. 170)
it is mentioned that IMR example source code for Java is available
from the source tree demo/hello_imr dir. However I didn't find this
folder neither in 4.2.1 nor in 4.2.2. Could someone give me a hint
where to get that demo?

I would also appreciate if someone could send me a good example of how
IMR works with tie classes – I'm a bit confused why my code doesn't
work, probably I misunderstood how to make IMR working with tie and
naming service.
