Have you taken a look at the Event Service demo that ships with the
Orbacus for Java distribution? This provides a good example of the
configuration required to properly use the Event Service. The demo can
be found in the ".../JOB-4.3.0/event/demo" directory. Pay particular
attention to the "README" file, which outlines all of the necessary
configuration requirements.
