I'm a bit confused as to what you are looking for.  It sounds like you have
been able to sucessfully build the Orbacus distribution to create the
Orbacus JAR files.  If you are looking for the Java source files for the 
demos described in the manual, these are located in the Orbacus distribution 
that you used to build the JAR files.  They are not copied over into the 
install destination (in your case, C:\ooc).

If these are not what you are looking for, could you repost your question
with a bit more detail so that we can help guide you in the right direction.
