Use of the OB-users mailing list

Hello,

As you know, the Orbacus development team is renowned for providing the best
source-available product support in the market through a combination of paid
support agreements and the community-based ob-users mailing list. In
addition to developing what we consider is the best quality source-available
ORB on the market, our development team strives to provide the most
responsive and technically accurate support available anywhere.

For customers with support agreements in place who require quick response to
their support requests, I encourage you to submit requests directly to
[email protected] for the turnaround times you have always been able to
depend on. When we are able, we will also respond to community email via the
ob-users mailing list but depending on our workload, response times will
vary.
