how to receive callbacks from server

Hi all I am using Orbacus. I am able to invoke methods on server from my client but I am not able to receive callbacks from server.I know that I can't use impl_is_ready to put server in loop since it blocks and I have to use init_servers but how?So what all is required to be added in client and server to receive callbacks. Is there some special requirement regarding the concurrency model?
