Hi,

I have an application built using Orbacus 4.3.0.
The library naming convention of Orbacus appends the version with the
library name. For Ex: ob430.dll

I have a requirement where i need to run an application built with OB
4.3.0 using OB 4.3.1 libraries.
Since, the application is built with OB 4.3.0 it won't run.

Hence, I make a copy of the libraries of Orbacus 4.3.1 and rename them
with 430 instead of 431. For Ex: pb431.dll renamed to ob430.dll.
My application starts with the execution but complains during ORB_init:
error: ORB_init: version mismatch:
library version is 4.3.1
header file version is 4.3.0

Is there any way of suppressing this check?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Deepak.
