  I know that Orbacus 4.1.2 is de-supported by IONA but i was not able 
to find any link providing this detail on IONA website.
 Please let me know where can i get this information.

To quickly summarize - minor versions are retired upon the release of a
new minor version and become EOL 18 months after retirement date.
Orbacus 4.1.2 was release in 2002 (more than 18months ago) and
subsequently we've released versions 4.1.3 to 4.3.1 since that time.
