Yes, the Load Balancer is written in C++ so it is only available with Orbacus C++ version. You could also load balance Java servers, however you have to start the Load Balancer in order to load balance your Java servers.

Unfortunately, the Orbacus C++ evaluation version does not contain the Load Balancer functionality. Please have a look at below for more details (http://www.orbacus.com/support/new_site/features.jsp).

I will upload the full Orbacus C++ distribution to our FTP server so you can compile the load balancer and copy over to the Orbacus Java version bin directory. I will send FTP account detail to you in a separated email once I have finished setting up the FTP server.

FYI, in next release, the evaluation version will be exactly same as the full version. It means that the load balancer will be available from the C++ evaluation distribution.
