Bobs source code and some comments

Hi everybody,

Thank you all for a great contest and thanks to Olivier for arranging 
it. For those intrested the source code of Bob is attached. For clarity 
it is splitted into two robots, one offensive and one defensive. The GA 
to optimize Bobs walking gait is also provided.

Regarding the work of Jean-Philippe, Bob is actually using the idea of 
key frames and interpolated moves (to some extent), so it is possible 
for such a robot to be competitive... A good tool for creating moves 
sounds like a very good idea!
