Starting the Roboka contest

Hi,

I saw some comments on the chat of roboka.org. I am sorry we didn't yet 
started the rounds for the roboka contest as we would like to make a few 
modifications to the worlds files (mainly mass distribution) and the 
supervisor (increase the body threshold) before we start (this means 
releasing a new version of Webots as well).

We hope to be able to start the first round this week! If not I will 
post a message on this list.

Please expect a few minor rules adjustments in the next few weeks (as 
the rules changes will probably need some tuning).
