Yes, this bug is now fixed in my development version (Linux only for now):

Go and download the following webots binary:

http://cyberboticspc1.epfl.ch/ftp/webots.gz (gunzip it to replace 
/usr/local/webots/webots)

A patched version for Windows is under preparation...
