Thanks FireManFreed, but i am sure that this library is in the classpath, 

The fact is that i can use every funtcion is this library but if i put
the instruction:

   Probs= new NormalDistribution[11][94];

the robot controller is aborted with out any exception

if a do not put this instruction the the controller works well ,
except that when i try to assign values to the array , a null pointer
assignement is raised becasue i am not initiallizing the array, (of
course).

So i can not initialize the array ?
why ?
