I should modify Webots, so that it scans all the jar files in the 
controller directory and automatically add them to the CLASSPATH.

In the meanwhile, I uncompressed the jar file found in Gladiator 
directory, so that the current version of Webots is able to use it. 
Please let me know if your controller now behaves as expected.
