Could you remove the plugin and install it again? To remove it, simply delete either of the following files: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\npwplayer.dll C:\Documents and Settings\<your name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\plugins\wplayer.dll It is unlikely that the two files are present on your system, rather you should have either the first one or the second one depending on your admin rights when you installed the plugin. Once deleted, you should quit Firefox and relaunch it. Then, you should be able to see the "install" button again on http://roboka.org or http://www.cyberbotics.com/wplayer/ Just follow the normal installation procedure and let me know if Firefox still crashes (it doesn't crash any more on my machine...).
