judo.wbt bug under Linux hopefully fixed

Hi Dominic,

I believe I found the problem. Actually it seems it came from a 
corrupted judo_reset_supervisor controller. Could you replace the 
webots/controllers/judo_reset_supervisor/judo_reset_supervisor of Webots 
4.0.16 for Linux by the new one (see attachment, uncompress with 
bunzip2) and let me know if that fixes the problem.
