I'm experiencing very different reactions in my webbots version and on the server. for example Sonovabic flips himself now that I've changed his walk-cycle, causing him to disqualify himself... I've been playing around with the settings of "Basic Simulation Step" what changes the actions of my robot quite a bit (what settings should I use?? 16ms seemed a good choice). but none of the settings have made him do the flipping movement in the contest. What would be very nice: A version of the contest-programm with all the correct physics and maybe even the tournament mode? then we could test our robots offline with all the correct settings and rules (the 5s limit is difficult to test offline, as the speed of the robots is different). To me there seems to be a big difference now, but I can't imagine that this could be due to the use of different computers?? Yes. At least I hope so ;)
