[argouml-dev] UML1.4 TagDefinition type

Having fixed issue 6234 I notice that the combo for type in the
TagDefinition property panel is always readonly.

With some limited playing around I only ever see this display the
value <none> except when selecting the documentation TD within the
UML1.4 profile (which gives String).

Am I missing something here? Is there some condition in which the
combo becomes editable?

If not then I'd like to change it to some other control than a combo
that will be more efficient to build.
