[argouml-dev] Attempt for a new development release

Hello!

It has been a while and I have not done very much to argouml. As previously
mentioned on the list, I will attempt to make a new development release
this evening. This will probably not be as smooth as it has been previously
because it has been a while since the last time and I had planned to move
to an all-maven-release but that is not finished. I will make my best.

The plan is the following:
 * Update all pom files to 0.35.1.
 * Check that it builds with maven.
 * Make the release with the old scripts publishing the 0.35.1 versions.
