[argouml-dev] The development release 0.35.1 is now available

Hello all!

The new development release 0.35.1 is now available.

I have not had time to test it. I consider 0.35.1 mostly a release to
verify that the release process is still working. There were some problems
but I think I have patched it. If you find that there is something missing,
let me know and I can proceed with a 0.35.2 release to amend that.

I won't spend very much care on the old release scripts. Instead the target
is to have a maven release process but we are not there yet.
