Hello, >My suggestion would be that we add a runtime argoument to argo such >as >the following > > java -Dsinelabore=true -jar argouml.jar > this would be an option. I wonder if there are any other tools that rely on the "old" XMI file structure. Is there something known? If so I would recommend not to name the option -Dsinelabore=true but something like -Dpre_3xxx_xmi_structure=true. xxx has to be set to the version where the changes were done. Maybe this could even be more general so that this switch allows to export the XMI in a selected version. I can send the XMI files of the other tools again if required. As Bob correctly guessed they are from UML 2.x tools. One other point: I would like to provide a version of the sinelabore codegen so that it can be used in your test environment for regression tests. Is this possible? Is there a Java interface to ArgoUML - i.e. is it possible to write an app that creates a state chart with this interface and then stores it? This would then test the whole chain.
