[argouml-dev] Activity Diagram progress

I haven't had much time but hurriedly threw this together -

This explains the intention of XML definitions of diagram elements and
how I have attempted to implement the activity diagrams for UML2 as a
proof of concept.

I hope Michiel might be able to help with implementing the notation
for a few of these elements and the rest of us might be able to move
forward with the rest.
