Papers are invited on any aspect of computational intelligence and communication networks including the latest development and experimental results of concepts, principles
and algorithms and their applications in areas relevant to intelligent systems, robotics and communication networks, to be presented at ICRCICN 2021. The event provides
authors with an outstanding opportunity for networking and presenting their research findings at a top quality international conference.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be published as a volume in Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science Series, which is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is
required that the manuscript (minimum 12 pages) follows the standard camera-ready format (400 words per page based on LNCS format). Submissions must include title,
abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. The paper should not contain page numbers. Authors are requested to visit LNCS Conference Proceedings Guidelines (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines) for the respective templates and other related information.

The ICRCICN organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions by
the same author will be rejected. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of
the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers. Moreover, ICRCICN
doesn't encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.
