             MDM 2021 Registration

Registration for the 22nd IEEE International Conference on Mobile Data Management (MDM 2021) is now open. MDM 2021 is a fully virtual event, and there will be no registration fees for non-author attendees. 

* Registration page

* Registration deadline
  - Paper, Demo and PhD workshop paper:	June 5, 2021
  - Other participants:	June 14, 2021

* Conditions
  - To be included in the MDM 2021 proceedings,all accepted papers (including research papers, papers in industry track, demo and PhD papers) must have at least one paper registration by its authors. Note that registration fees should be paid for each paper accepted in MDM 2021.
  - Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author upload a video presentation.
  - When registration is complete and fully paid, the participant will receive a confirmation with a receipt by email.
  - The conference is complimentary for non-authors and co-authors. Participants can register through the registration process by selecting the “Conference participation” option.

* Registration fees
  - Paper (Research and Industrial): US$350
  - Demo: US$250
  - PhD forum paper: US$100
  - Conference participation: US$0
  - Registration includes virtual technical sessions and workshops. Conference proceedings will be distributed via digital download.


* Payment options
  - Credit card (secure payment system) - Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
  - Wire transfer - All bank charges have to be paid by the payer.

* CANCELLATION POLICY
  - Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author upload a video presentation.
  - If a paper is not presented at the virtual conference, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed to conference attendees as conference proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to IEEE.
  - Author Refund: Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author or refunded ONLY under special circumstances before June 8, 2021. Please see the registration page for details.
