[https://www.springer.com/series/7092] Dear Colleagues, The 2021 Third Doctoral Symposium on Intelligence Enabled Research (DoSIER 2021) organized by Cooch Behar Government Engineering College, Cooch Behar, India is a two-day event to be held at the institute premises during November 12-13, 2021. The symposium aims to provide doctoral students and early career researchers an opportunity to interact with their colleagues working on foundations, techniques, tools, and applications of computational intelligence. The goals of the symposium are to: 1. Provide the participants independent and constructive feedback on their current research and future research directions. 2. Develop a supportive community of scholars and a spirit of collaborative research. 3. Provide an opportunity for student participants to interact with established researchers and practitioners in relevant fields of research. 4. Opening up the possibility of a closed research forum for mutual exchange of knowledge-base and know-hows. DoSIER 2021 solicits novel research reports on the following topics. The topics include but not limited to: 1.
