It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 IEEE Internat=
ional Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom 2021) host=
ed on Dec. 06-08, 2021 in Melbourne, Australia.

CPSCom 2021 will provide a high-profile leading-edge forum for researchers,=
 engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-art advances and innovati=
ons. We seek submissions of papers addressing new techniques, introducing i=
nnovative methodologies, and proposing new Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Cy=
ber-Social Systems (CSS), and Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS) research=
 directions.

Notification of Acceptance: September 18, 2021, Saturday
Registration and Camera-ready Due: October 06, 2021, Wednesday

To recognize research excellence, a number of paper awards will be awarded =
at the conference. Nominations were based on reviewers=E2=80=99 scores and =
comments and were recommended by CPSCom members.

* Submission and Publication Information
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference websi=
te with PDF format. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with pa=
pers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a jou=
rnal or a conference with proceedings. A submission is limited to 8 pages f=
or main conference regular papers, 6 pages for workshop papers or short pap=
ers in the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Format with Portable Document =
Format (.pdf). A submission can have at most 4 additional pages with the pa=
ges overlength charge if accepted. Papers must be clearly presented in Engl=
ish, including tables, figures, references and appendices. Papers will be s=
elected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of=
 presentation assessed by at least three reviewers. Submission of a paper s=
hould be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at le=
ast one of the authors will register and present the work, with either onli=
ne or offline !

 ion. IEEE CPSCom 2021 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribut=
ion after the conference (e.g., removal from the digital library and indexi=
ng services), if the paper is not presented at the conference. Accepted and=
 presented papers will be submitted in the IEEE for indexing. Distinguished=
 papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be publis=
hed in special issues of high quality international journals. Two or three =
outstanding papers will be selected to receive the Best Paper Awards.
