[bdbxml-ann] Berkeley DB XML 2.1.8

Sleepycat Software is pleased to announce:

         Berkeley DB XML 2.1.8

This is a minor update primarily to deal with issues related to  
compilation with GCC 4.0.  Some minor bug fixes, a missing runtime  
library in the Windows installer, and Perl related issues have also  
been resolved.  If you are having problems with any of these issues,  
please try this release.
