[bdbxml] I am new in XML

Hi All,
Kindly give good suggetion to me about XML.I am new to this and I have 3 Exp in C++,How can I use XML for C++.Is it usefull for the C++.
Where it can help in the C++ development?
What is Parsing.?
Suggest me some e-documents and Books
