I have no idea.  That is the compiler we use most of the time without
problems.  An "INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR" is usually indicative
of a system problem, rather than code.

We plan to add python binaries to the .msi installer for an upcoming  
release.
I'll contact you about this off-list.  I'd like to make sure we have  
the versions/options
that most Python users will want.
