[bdbxml] getAllDocuments

I'm getting an XmlException when I do a getAllDocuments() with a 
LockMode.RMW on a node storage XmlContainer.  This doesn't happen with 
wholedoc storage containers.  Is this a known 
bug/limitation/issue/problem/feature?

I'm using DB XML 2.1.8.
