[bdbxml] Error codes?

Is there any API/documentation to describe what error codes mean? For
example, how do you find out what this error is:

com.sleepycat.dbxml.XmlException: Uncaught exception from C++ API:
Unknown error, errcode = INTERNAL_ERROR, error code 2083796094
