[bdbxml] application failing on XMLPlatformUtils::Terminate()

Hi all,

I am working on an application which uses bdbxml with c++ api,
xerces-c and xalan-c on on windows XP with msvc 7.1.

I get a memory access violation when I call
XMLPlatformUtils::Terminate() at the end of the code.
When I comment the code that instanciates an XMLManager object it all
works fine.

Have somebody had similar problems, is there some bdbxml api that i
have to call before calling Terminate()
