Re: [bdbxml] Another error while installing (SOL. 8)

Ah i see, dump mistake of mine. :-( 

Last night i compaile all from scratch on my G4 PowerBook and it run 
completely good. No errors, no warnings, Cool! 
I build up some tests in Perl. Wow cool thing ! 

Now i am back on my solaris. I will make it! :-) 

Anyway another question:
I have to decide if we can go this way for a projekt, or not. We have 
about 1500 HTML Pages with a XML-Variant. My Idea is to put all 
these XML Documents in the xmldb. A website-search will query some 
xpathes on the text(!!!) elements. 
Can i do that in a normal time? Do i have to make indexes ans when 
how? What is the idea of making Text-Indexes - How to update them?

Our whole senario is build up on XSLT, XSD, XML, so i don't want to 
store some text into a sql database. That doesn't make any sense for 
me. But we have the knowlage of sql here... 
Its a difficult decision and i want to ask you, if you can give me some 
expirience-reports of handling, performance, indexing and querytime. I 
will run some timetest on my own this evening, but voices from other 
who have used it would be greate for me to make this decision.
