[bdbxml] recommended cache size

We're working on fine tuning the performance on our DB XML application,
and we were wondering what a recommended cache size would be for the DB
XML environment on a test machine that has 1Gb of RAM? At the moment we
use:

envConf.setCacheSize(67108864);

But this doesn't appear to increase performance/stop paging to the disk,
so I guess this should be increased?
